PortX Academy
Learn the port. Then master the platform.
A structured learning journey in two dimensions: port domain knowledge for professionals entering the sector, and full command of the PortX platform for those who run it every day.
Learning journey
Where to start, and what comes next
The tracks are ordered by priority. Everyone begins with Foundations; from there you follow the port domain, the platform, or both — depending on your role.
Guiding principle: port domain precedes the system. Without operational context, no one extracts full value from the platform.

Catalog evolution
The catalog grows with the platform
PortX Academy is not a closed catalog. It follows the product and the regulation of the sector.
01
Every new platform module or relevant feature generates a matching course in Track 2 or Track 3.
02
The catalog is reviewed every six months, with priority on regulatory updates (C.1, C.2 and C.3).
03
Course 3.5, PortX Route Intelligence, is activated when the PRI module is released.
04
The AI Academy grows alongside the platform's agents: each new agent in production becomes a new hands-on course.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Which track should I start with?
Track 0 — Foundations, always. It takes 14 hours and gives you the sector structure, the vocabulary, the cargo types and the logistics chain. Every other track assumes you have completed it.
Do I need port experience to take the platform courses?
You need Track 0. The platform tracks (2, 3 and 4) assume you understand the operational context — a user who does not understand the operation cannot get full value out of the system.
What is the delivery format?
Foundations is video with quizzes, flashcards and case studies. Port operations run live online with practical exercises and workshops. The PortX platform courses are hands-on inside the system itself.
In what languages?
Cohorts run in Portuguese and English, and the content is available in both languages from day one.
How does the enterprise license work?
Ports, terminals and operators can license unlimited access to the full catalog for their teams, with progress reports for people managers.
How do certifications work?
Each track has its own credential, with its own assessment and issuance fee. Platform certifications are valid for 2 years and follow product releases; domain certifications are valid for 3 years.
Institutional partnerships?
PortX partners with port authorities, sector associations (e.g. ANTAQ, IAPH, regional associations) and technical universities for distribution and content validation. Get in touch if your institution wants to collaborate.
